OpenSUSE 12.2 Milestone 3が4月12日にリリースされました。

私はWindows XPのもとでImgBurnを用いてDVDに焼いた後、DELLのSC430に
導入してみました。
もともとサーバーマシンなのでグラフィックボードが弱いのですが、そのせいか
GNOME3の導入に失敗してしまいました。
ただ、フォールバックモードを用いて使用上は何お問題もなく使えました。
日本語入力も漢字キーを押すことにより問題なく入力することができました。
１．ISOファイルをImgBurnでDVDに焼いたものでPCをブートすると以下の畫面が表示され
ます。
２．導入する場合には上から2番目のInstallationを選択します。
３．使用する言語（日本語）を指定します。
また、使用許諾契約書に同意します。
４．導入モードの指定をします。
New Installationを指定しました。
５．時刻とタイムゾーンの指定をします。AsiaのJapanです。
６．デスクトップをGNOMEかKDEの選択ができます。
ここではGNOMEを指定しました。
７．導入に使用するパーティションを指定します。
８．ユーザーIDとパスワードを指定します。
９．導入確認画面が表示されます。
Installを実行します。
１０．グラフィックボードがおそまつなのでGNOME3が導入できませんでしたが、
フォールバックモードで使用できるようになりました。
１１．アプリケーションメニューにはアクセサリーやインターネットなどすべてのアプリケーション
が表示されます。
場所のメニューはフォルダーが表示されます。
シャットダウンなどのメニューは右上にあるユーザーIDの部分をクリックすると表示
サれます。
